Think you might have a case?

Turn a lemon into lemonade by following these three steps:

1 Qualify

  1. Did you buy your car brand new or a used vehicle still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty?
  2. Did you have to take it back to the dealership for multiple repair attempts for the same problem?
  3. Did the dealership take too much time repairing your vehicle?

If the answer is “yes” to these questions, you may have a claim that we can help you with.

2 Learn

To find out more, read the FAQ and “Do I Have a Valid Claim?” pages in our Information section. There you will learn more about the Texas & Alabama Lemon Laws, the DTPA, and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. This information will save you valuable time and will help you get a full understanding of your rights as a consumer.

3 Evaluate

Once you’ve determined that you might have a case, complete the Case Evaluation Form. Once we receive your submission, we'll contact you to review and evaluate your claim.

What is the Lemon Law?

The Texas Lemon Law, along with State and Federal Warranty Laws, offer protection to consumers who have purchased defective automobiles, trucks, RV's (including travel trailers), and motorcycles. If you have taken your vehicle in for repair under warranty two or more times, you may have a lemon law and/or a breach of warranty claim.

Attorney Brad Riffe was timely and communicated with me throughout the entire process of my lemon car dilemma. After pursuing the matter on my own with a local news station and the Texas Attorney General's Office I was rather despondent when they brushed me off. Brad didn't give me any false hope, just an actualized solution.

I recently used Brad for a Lemon Law case for the car I had recently purchased. This was my first time going through any type of litigation process so I had plenty of questions about the process and next steps. Brad was extremely helpful in making me aware of the entire process upfront, what would be expected of me, and what I could expect from him. Any time I sent an email, he responded within 24 business hours and was always willing to jump on the phone to discuss further if needed.

It was a great experience working with Brad and an even better outcome with the litigation process. I would highly recommend working with Brad again.
