Our Firm

The Riffe Law Firm, PLLC is an experienced consumer protection law firm that is dedicated to helping Texas and Alabama consumers who have purchased a lemon.  The Riffe Law Firm was founded in 2010 by G. Brad Riffe, Esq. in order to represent consumers who have purchased defective automobiles, trucks, motor homes, motorcycles and other products.  Unlike most other "national" lemon law firms, the Riffe Law Firm is consumer driven and results oriented. The firm serves all of Texas and Alabama.  Because a Texas or Alabama licensed attorney will handle every aspect of your claim from start to finish, this enables us to provide individual and personal attention to each and every client.

We use multiple consumer protection statutes to help our clients in order to achieve the best possible outcome of your case.  Such statutes include the Texas Lemon Law, the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, the Alabama Lemon Law, the Alabama Deceptive Trade Practices Act, and the Federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.  If successful, the manufacturer pays our attorneys’ fees, not you.  As a client, you will never receive a bill from our law firm or owe us any money.

Advocates.  Counselors.  Aggressive Negotiators.  Confident Litigators.

Christopher L. George, Esq.

Christopher L. George, P.C.

I earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University in 1981.  I worked as a chemical engineer until 1990, most of that time being with Chevron. I then decided to attend law school.  After earning my law degree and returning to Mobile, Alabama, I worked as a litigator for several established, successful law firms. My focus at these firms was primarily defending a wide variety of civil cases.  In September of  2016, I decided to start my own law firm.

One of the reasons I decided to start my own firm was to put myself in a position to defend the so-called “little guy;” such as consumers who find themselves in a dispute with a large company.  To fight for David against Goliath, if you will. I can honestly say that it is one of the best decisions I have ever made as I find it particularly fulfilling to help individual consumers take on and win against companies which they might have no chance of defeating without solid legal representation. If you believe you are stuck driving a lemon, please contact us for a free evaluation and give us the opportunity to fight for you.
