Think you might have a case?

Turn a lemon into lemonade by following these three steps:

1 Qualify

  1. Did you buy your car brand new or a used vehicle still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty?
  2. Did you have to take it back to the dealership for multiple repair attempts for the same problem?
  3. Did the dealership take too much time repairing your vehicle?

If the answer is “yes” to these questions, you may have a claim that we can help you with.

2 Learn

To find out more, read the FAQ and “Do I Have a Valid Claim?” pages in our Information section. There you will learn more about the Texas & Alabama Lemon Laws, the DTPA, and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. This information will save you valuable time and will help you get a full understanding of your rights as a consumer.

3 Evaluate

Once you’ve determined that you might have a case, complete the Case Evaluation Form. Once we receive your submission, we'll contact you to review and evaluate your claim.

What is the Lemon Law?

The Texas Lemon Law, along with State and Federal Warranty Laws, offer protection to consumers who have purchased defective automobiles, trucks, RV's (including travel trailers), and motorcycles. If you have taken your vehicle in for repair under warranty two or more times, you may have a lemon law and/or a breach of warranty claim.

I was having multiple issues with my new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee diesel.  After more than a dozen repairs/repair attempts under warranty and more than 60 days without my actual vehicle because it was in the shop so much during its first year, I finally had enough of dealing with Chrysler/Jeep.  Brad was able to able to get me a fair settlement even though the lemon law did not technically apply since the repairs were spread across multiple items and because I was furnished a rental while the Jeep was in the shop.  Thanks Brad!

Brad, I just wanted to say thank you for everything!!!! We were very frustrated dealing with the car manufacturer and it seemed like we were getting the run-around from them. We were at our wits end. Once you took our case, you explained to us what to expect, what were our options and what we should do next. Here we are, just a few months later, and everything has changed! We are excited and happy that this ordeal has turned in to our favor!!! Again, thank you very much for all your help!!
