Method & Discipline

A measured approach
to an urgent problem.

Every claim we accept follows the same disciplined sequence — no improvisation, no surprises. The steps below describe exactly what your case looks like from first consultation through settlement.

Distinct Stages

The overwhelming majority of our matters settle before a jury is ever empaneled.

Our Process

Review → Notify → Litigation
01

Review

After you call or complete the Free Lemon Law Case Review, a licensed attorney will review your information to determine if you have a claim. Our office will contact you quickly to go over the information submitted and assess whether you have a Lemon Law or breach of warranty claim.

  • Licensed attorney reviews your submission
  • Purchase documents and repair records requested
  • Preliminary determination of viability
02

Notify

We put the manufacturer of your vehicle on notice of your claim and attempt to resolve the matter prior to filing a lawsuit. The majority of our cases are settled during this stage.

  • Formal notice delivered to the manufacturer
  • Pre-litigation negotiation
  • Most claims resolve here
03

Litigation

If we are unable to resolve the claim during the "pre-litigation" process, we will file a lawsuit against the manufacturer in your county of residence. We then engage in discovery, requesting documents from the manufacturer we do not already have. If the manufacturer is still unwilling to settle, we will try your case to a jury — though less than 1% of our cases actually go to trial.

  • Complaint filed in your county of residence
  • Discovery & document production
  • Trial, if necessary

Remember: we only get paid our attorneys' fees if successful. At no time will you have to pay our fees.
