Think you might have a case?

Turn a lemon into lemonade by following these three steps:

1 Qualify

  1. Did you buy your car brand new or a used vehicle still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty?
  2. Did you have to take it back to the dealership for multiple repair attempts for the same problem?
  3. Did the dealership take too much time repairing your vehicle?

If the answer is “yes” to these questions, you may have a claim that we can help you with.

2 Learn

To find out more, read the FAQ and “Do I Have a Valid Claim?” pages in our Information section. There you will learn more about the Texas Lemon Law, the DTPA, and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. This information will save you valuable time and will help you get a full understanding of your rights as a consumer.

3 Evaluate

Once you’ve determined that you might have a case, complete the Case Evaluation Form. Once we receive your submission, we'll contact you to review and evaluate your claim.

What is the Lemon Law?

The Texas Lemon Law, along with State and Federal Warranty Laws, offer protection to consumers who have purchased defective automobiles, trucks, RV's (including travel trailers), and motorcycles. If you have taken your vehicle in for repair under warranty two or more times, you may have a lemon law and/or a breach of warranty claim.

After having numerous problems with my brand new vehicle, it was impossible to speak to anyone at the dealership or manufacturer of my car. No one wanted to listen or help me with the problems I was having. It is frustrating purchasing a new vehicle and going through the headache of major repairs soon after. I contacted Brad Riffe and he helped me with this problem every step of the way. He was always prompt and I always spoke with him directly. Phone call or email, Brad was always quick to reply and help any way he could and my case was resolved quicker than I would have ever imagined. I really appreciate everything he has done with handing all the problems I have experienced with my vehicle. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has a possible lemon or issues with your vehicle. Thanks Brad!

After dealing with the Ford dealership where I purchased my truck, and then the Company itself, I found myself in what could be deemed a fruitless loop.  It became apparent that instead of solving the problem, they wanted to play the "blame game." With little options left, I decided to call the Riffe Law Firm and hear what they had to offer...to make a long story short, I took the Law Firm at their word to handle my legal matter and get me the best deal possible.  Well, after just a few weeks, I received a call form Mr. Brad Riffe, the attorney handling my case, giving me a progress report and detailing what Ford was offering and asked how I wanted to proceed.  Mr. Riffe gave me sound advice which I took and now after just a short time, we have settled the case to my satisfaction with no further legal headaches.  I highly recommend the Riffe Law Firm to any person facing new vehicle dissatisfaction.
